Training Programs

Stop The Bleed

The Foundation, The Stop the Bleed course teaches life-saving bleeding control techniques that anyone can learn. Students will learn how to identify life-threatening bleeding and how to use tourniquets, wound packing, and pressure to control hemorrhage until professional help arrives.

This course is ideal for citizens, teachers, workplaces, and community members who want to be better prepared for emergencies. No prior medical experience is required. Graduates receive a completion certificate.

Critical Response Training

This course combines Stop the Bleed training with CPR/AED instruction while also introducing students to additional emergency medical concepts such as scene safety, patient assessment, and basic trauma care.

Participants will leave with the confidence and practical skills needed to respond effectively to medical emergencies, traumatic injuries, and unexpected incidents before professional responders arrive.

Combat Life Saver (Basic)

Our Bread and Butter, The Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Basic course is designed for individuals who may operate in higher-risk environments, including military personnel, law enforcement officers, security professionals, and prepared civilians.

Students will learn advanced trauma response skills such as hemorrhage control, airway management basics, casualty assessment, and patient stabilization in austere environments. This course focuses on rapid decision-making and medical response under stress.

Advanced Tactical Trauma Care

Our flagship course, and one of the only programs of its kind offered in Minnesota, the Advanced Tactical Trauma Care (ATAC) course is an intensive two-day training designed to prepare individuals to manage life-threatening injuries in high-risk, austere, and tactical environments.

Training emphasizes practical skills and scenario-based learning, preparing students to make decisive medical interventions when professional medical care may be delayed.

ATAC is designed for law enforcement, security professionals, emergency responders, and prepared civilians seeking advanced trauma response training beyond basic medical courses.

CPR/AED

This course provides American Red Cross certified training in CPR, AED use, and basic life support for adults, children, and infants.

Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac emergencies, perform high-quality CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and assist choking victims.

This training is perfect for workplaces, schools, childcare providers, and individuals who want nationally recognized certification in life-saving skills.
