ABOUT US
An Industry Leader
Direct Contact Medical Solutions was founded in 2023 in response to the growing need for real-world emergency medical preparedness. From violent incidents to everyday medical emergencies, the reality is that critical events can happen anywhere and at any time.
Our mission is simple: prepare people to act when seconds matter.
We provide practical, experience-driven training that equips citizens, organizations, and law enforcement with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergencies. Whether the situation occurs at home, in schools, in public spaces, or in the workplace, our programs focus on the skills that save lives.
At Direct Contact Medical Solutions, we believe preparedness should not be limited to professionals. With the right training, anyone can make the difference between life and death.
Training to Save Lives

Meet the Founder
Tanner Larsen

Direct Contact Medical Solutions was founded by an experienced paramedic, military veteran, and international medical volunteer with firsthand experience responding to emergencies in both civilian and high-risk environments.
Through years working in emergency medical services, it became clear that in many critical situations, the people already on scene are the ones who make the biggest difference. Whether it’s a traumatic injury, a medical emergency, or a violent incident, the first few minutes often determine the outcome.
In addition to domestic emergency response, Tanner has also provided medical support in Ukraine during the ongoing war, gaining experience working in austere environments where rapid trauma care and decisive action are essential to saving lives. These experiences reinforced a simple truth: preparedness and training save lives.
Direct Contact Medical Solutions was built to bring real-world emergency medical knowledge to the public, organizations, and law enforcement. Our training focuses on practical skills, situational awareness, and the confidence needed to act when seconds matter.
Because when emergencies happen, the right training can mean the difference between life and death.
